Section
1.1. Purpose of Local Law #2 "Sanitation Law" of 2000 is hereby
amended to read;
That the Village of Oriskany Falls Board of Trustees
adopt by resolution a schedule for providing the pick-up of garbage,
recyclables and trash from the residences and business establishments in the
Village of Oriskany Falls.
Section 2.0 Conflict
All local laws or parts of local laws in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 2.1Separability
The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence, or
provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any other part of
this local law that can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
Section 3.0 Local Law In Force
This local law shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, recording, and publication as provided by
state and local law.
