the Meeting was Mayor John Misiaszek and Trustees Thomas Kilts and Benjamin
Stuttard and Gerald Pedersen. Trustee Brian Bell was absent. No members from
the public were present.

The Monthly Meeting for the Board
of Trustees for the Village of Oriskany Falls was held on Monday, April 20, 2015,

from the March 16, 2015 Monthly Meeting, April 1, 2015 Special Meeting Minutes

Public:
Youth
and Recreation Director Jennifer Furner and Assistant Director Kristen Spinella
were present to request a raise for the summer of 2015. Benjamin Stuttard made
the resolution seconded by Thomas Kilts to increase both Youth and Recreation
Director Jennifer Furner and Assistant Director Kristen Spinella $0.75 per hour
for the upcoming program. Thomas

STONE CHURCH: Jean
Egenhofer emailed the Village Clerk stating that the Stone Church Restoration
Grant was closed on March 25, 2015.

Amber Bell contacted Berkshire Bank and NBT Bank to find out the interest rates
for bonding for 5-years in the amount of $24,684.36. Berkshire Bank was 2.5%
and NBT Bank was 3.25%. The total BAN is in the amount of $138,320. Thomas
Kilts made the resolution seconded by Benjamin Stuttard to pay back a portion
of the BAN and to Bond with Berkshire Bank for 5-years. The Village will pay
back $113,635.64 and Bond $24,684.36 with Berkshire Bank for June 2015. Thomas Kilts aye, Gerald

knowledge. Trustee Thomas Kilts suggested getting quotes on replacing manhole
covers. Mayor John Misiaszek asked Bob when he thought he would be ready to
retire, so that the Village could look to hire someone to work along with him.
Bob says he thinks he will be ready in two years.

offers a Drive to Survive seminar in Norwich on June 19, 2015 from 8AM to 11AM
for DPW. The Village Board suggests that the DPW go to this event.
Stone
Church Window Contract was received from Leon Cowles.
Jack
Dodson emailed the Village Clerk an update on his progress with NYS DEC
regarding the reservoir.
NYS
Homeland Security and Emergency Services sent an Intrastate Mutual Aid Program
informational packet to the Village. The Village of Oriskany Falls is part of
this program.
Eazy
Lift out of Latham, NY services the stair lift and stated that the memory
boards in the wall mounts are old and no longer working. Clerk Amber Bell will
contact them to find out our options of fixing it.
Robert
Brockway sent a letter offering lawn care services.
The
Oriskany Falls Bowling Alley owned by Chuck and Donna Mazor sent a copy of
their liquor licenses renewal.
NYS
DMV sent a letter stating that as of November 22, 2014 Chapter 190 of the laws
of 2014 amends the Executive Law by adding a section 101 to require that the
word “handicapped” be removed from all signs and that a new sign must show a
person in a wheel chair in motion.
