LEGAL NOTICE Proposed 2025-26 Budget & Rate Increase
There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed 2025-2026 Budget and the proposed Water User Fee, Sanitation Rate and Sewer Rate increase on Monday, April 21st, 2025 at 6:15pm.
The proposed property tax rate will not increase. The Proposed Water User Fee for inside village residents is $40.00 and outside village user is $59.00; Sanitation Rate is $42 per unit; Sewer Rate is $140.00 per unit. These changes are to take effect July 1, 2025.
The Regular Monthly Meeting for the Village of Oriskany Falls Board of Trustees will follow the Public Hearings.
