Building Permit Package

The document below includes instructions and an application form for use in all construction projects.  The completed application should be submitted to the Village Clerk during regular business hours (8:00am - 4:00pm M-F), or to the Building Code Enforcement Officer, by appointment.

             All permits are valid for 12 months after which if the construction is not completed

            The permit must be renewed, except Demolition Permits are valid for one month.

2.         Building/Demolition Fees:

            Residential

                        1,501 - 2,200 sq. ft.                                                           100.00

                        2,201 - 3,000 sq. ft.                                                           125.00

                        3,001 - 4,000 sq. ft.                                                           250.00

                        10,001 - 20,000 sq. ft.                                                        150.00
